Trident provides a unique offering in the Vietnamese market in that we provide not only in depth Real Estate Development Advisory in addition to Design and Project Management services. Services range from initial property Due Diligence investigations and Feasibility Analysis through to Architectural and Engineering Design, Cost and Tender Management and Project and Construction Management services.
Trident was formed in 2011 through the teaming together of likeminded individuals with a strong track record of delivery and success in the property development, project consulting and construction sectors in Vietnam, Australia and elsewhere in Asia. Trident’s people have a breadth of experience across the project spectrum from institutional, infrastructure, residential, commercial/commercial fit-out, retail, industrial and leisure spheres.
Trident believes that in order to achieve the best outcome for any project, collaboration with partners who have similar backgrounds and values is important. In order to extract maximum value from real estate investments, securing experienced organizations with demonstrated track records in project delivery is important.
